At our Links Cafe on London road we have cooking lessons available to our members and Creative Support service users. Robbie – our resident chef extraordinaire – can show you how to make anything!

Whether you want to learn how to make bake a cake or boil an egg, Robbie is your man! You can eat your food at the Links or take it home with you. It’s up to you, Robbie will also support you with the shopping if you like. There a lidl conveniently situated across the road.

On Wednesday Simon attended the Links for his regular lesson… Look how fantastic his breakfasts look!

Well done Simon and Robbie!

If you or someone you know could benefit from cooking lessons and is eligible to join the links please get in touch!

‘Plant to Plate’ Well-being Activity!

plant to plateOver at the North Liverpool Floating Support hub in Anfield we are very excited to announce our ‘Plant to Plate’ gardening and healthy eating sessions for our service users in conjunction with Liverpool Links and Anfield’s own Stanley Park!

Thanks to Stanley Park CIC and the Links cafe coordinator we are offering the opportunity for our service users to attend the Stanley Park vegetable garden in order to grow their own fruit and veg. We are also offering optional cooking sessions at Liverpool Links for participants to cook their home-grown produce with Robbie, our resident chef. These sessions will enable participants to cook healthy meals on a budget using their own ingredients which they have cared for from seedlings. Exciting!
